Mentor5 months agoBuyer only had 30 days to open a case on ebay so they cannot take it further.

OP5 months agoThank you ever so much. I actually would have been happy to help him still but he admitted in the messages that he had removed parts from the one I sent him and installed ones from his old unit.

Mentor5 months agoMake sure that you keep copies of these messages. And your proof of delivery.
One of the problems for sellers today is that because buyers pay eBay direct you don't necessarily know how they paid. It's too late for them to claim a refund through eBay now, but they will have probably up to 120 days to claim through their credit or debit card issuer, if that's how they paid.
