Buttons not working
The buttons (buy now, add to basket, etc.) are not working for me. The automated assistant was unable to suggest anything useful. Until the issue is resolved, I won't be able to buy on eBay.

Mentor1 month agoWhich device and browser are you using?
If the app switch if you can to a laptop / PC with Chrome that usually works best.
Clearing cache and cookies too can help.

The problem persisted for several hours, but then resolved itself late last night. I'll bear what you say in mind, if it happens again. I use a PC with Microsoft Edge as a browser. I used to use Chrome but I switched to Edge because Chrome wouldn't let me sign publishing contracts on line.

Mentor1 month agoYou're very welcome, it's not always the answer but worth switching around browsers, Edge may well have been the issue here. Chrome does seem to be the best ' marriage partner'. !

OP1 month ago · EditedPerhaps different browsers are best for different things. Edge is certainly better then Chrome when it comes to interacting with my publisher's website.
