Business seller in PLAIN view does EBAY even check the basics?
So a PRIVATE seller is advertising used VW parts (in UK)
They list over 1300 used VW items on EBAY
They are a LTD Company.
They are VAT registered, YET of course they do not list their VAT number
His company WEBSITE says they break VW cars for parts.
Other than not telling the truth about been a business they are hiding nothing.....
Guess the FACT of their been a business seller was to hard to find for EBAY.....

Mentor11 months agoSuggest reporting to trading standards, if they are VAT registered, they should quote number but on a private account would not be possible. While they would not care about what ebay does, as far as buyers are concerned they are breaking the rules. HMRC might also be interested.
Why ebay takes no notice is difficult to understand, as they are evading a large amount of fees and denying buyers their legal rights.

We have have reported lots of unregistered business sellers, but rarely do ebay do anything.
