Business policies we didn't create
Has anyone had issues with eBay creating new business policies on their account? We are trying to work out what is going on. We had a lot of randomly named postage policies that we didn't create pop up and having listings assigned to them. Once we had fixed that the same thing has started happening with returns policies.
When we try to change a listing back to our returns policy, it forces itself back in front of our eyes! Can't understand what is going on.

·3 months agoSometimes ebay create new policies when you update a policy but some of the listings in that policy are, at that time, with active offers so can't be edited. It then moves all the listings it can't update with your policy revision to a new, ebay-created policy.
