Bug: Support chat is broken, something went wrong, how to contact agent?

It was working fine last week when I was able to click 'Contact an agent' and it worked, this week this functionality is broken on eBay.

OP3 weeks ago · EditedI already explained my issue above, chat is broken and it's impossible to contact eBay via chat. Is this bug and the website is broken, or something else is wrong? How to report technical problem with chat?
My other issue is described here, that's why I want to contact eBay, but it doesn't change the fact the chat functionality is broken.
