Mentor10 months agoYou do not request a refund, you open a not received case using the link in the email from ebay confirming purchase.
It is then up to seller to either have proof of delivery or refund in full.
Bear in mind that refunds go back to payment source, and take time. Paypal quick, debit card up to 7 days, credit card up to 30 days.
Also understand that seller will not know you as coo991116, as purchase was as a guest.
