Broken lid - Seller Not Responding
Hi there,
I've tried to contact the seller for an exchange or refund as the lid to the bottle i received is cracked but they're not responding.... Can someone advise me?

Mentor6 months agoIf damaged in transit, and you open a Not as described case, damaged in transit, ebay oay for the refund.
Ebay provide the means to get refunds, but buyers insist on dealing with the seller which is not necessary. Always go for a refund, not a replacement. You only get one case and if replacement is also faulty, then you have nothing further that can be done through ebay.
