Hi I sold a tail light and now buyer informed me that he has received it broken when I post it it was OK, what to due or i will loose my money

·10 months agoAs long as you sent using the Ebay Simple Delivery label, if the buyer opens a return stating the item arrived damaged, Ebay will deal with the case and refund the buyer while you keep the payment you received.
