Broken in transit
Bought a cup on eBay,,, Evri told me it had been broken beyond repair so wouldn’t be delivered,,, told seller, they wasn’t interested!! Told eBay and there saying give it more time to turn up????? What’s next

Mentor1 week agoIf a simple delivery item do as @tobiasd4 mentions, if the item does turn up then open an item damaged in transit case. For simple delivery eBay have the contract between themselves and the carrier, so they will refund you.
If its not a simple delivery item still do the same as above but then its upto the seller to sort with you.
