How do I report negative comments left by a seller with a positive score?

MentorSep 7, 2026 at 7:06 PMThere used to be a webform to report this kind of thing, but eBay have removed it and you now need to contact them and ask them to remove it.
I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
