Brand new sealed phone from business seller under waranty - seller not responding

Hi all,
I have purchased a brand new, sealed phone from a business seler who is now not responding to my messages. I am experiencing problems with the phone as it suddenly wont start and is stuck in abooting cycle - booting repeatedly. I bought it last year in November with 1 or 2 years warranty. The seller is not reponding to my messages to advise how to deal with the waranty. When I tried to go straight through the Samsung page and entered the phones EMAI, it said the phone is not under waranty anymore.
Any idea what to do in such case?

Mentor1 month agoAny warranty offered by any seller anywhere is only ever going to be as good as your ability to enforce it when required and, as you've unfortunately discovered, you can’t.
eBay won't get involved with warranty issues, they have a 30 day Money Back Guarantee/Buyer Protection and you're obviously way past that now.
If your seller is a UK registered business seller you may want to take some free advice from one of the online consumer groups (National Consumer Service is a good one, lots of free legal advice available there) or Citizens Advice regarding pursuing this via a legal claim.

OP1 month agoIs there anything ebay can do about it and push the seller to resolve it. The seller sold the item with 2 year warranty which i seem to be unable to claim
