Bought spare wheel only to discover it’s 300 miles away!

Question

I bought a second hand spare wheel for a Golf and paid straight away. As soon as I paid I realized it was not located within my set 60 mile radius but was over 300 miles away and collect in person. I instantly (within 10 minutes) of purchase sent a cancellation request which the seller has declined. I have tried to contact them again but with no response. The chatbot is of no help but the payment has been taken from my account. Is there anyway I can cancel this?

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.

If it won't let you do that you might have to wait a few days for the cancellation to fully expire, even though the seller declined it. If you still have problems ring eBay or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:

I'm afraid there is no other way to cancel this. The seller is in my humble opinion silly not to accept a cancellation , but it's in the rules they can decline.

I'm presuming then it was listed as a Collection item which makes it a little grey area for timing when to open a case, but try after 7 days to open a case for item not received , and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.
