Bought items fell past ebays 30day policy
Basically I bought a ebike conversion kit for my son took me over a year to save for it anyway it arrived Quickly but I was hospitalised so I couldn't put it together until about 6/7 weeks after delivery anyway I put it all together costing me around 1200 pounds in clueded a brand new bike from Halfords my son hadn't done no more than 8mile so between 5/miles
When the back axle snapped in half and ripped the disk break all six bolts ripped from there housing now they drop bk out if u try and screw them bk in now. The seller won't answer me and that page what sold that part of kit has been taken off for policy violation what ever that is what can I do i don't think I'm going to be around much longer an this seller r_c_volt just want answer me

Mentor11 months agoSorry this happened to you. As you know ebay's deadline for claims is 30 days so it's too late for that. You should contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund. If you used your credit card or Paypal etc. you should be OK.
