Hello all

I bought a set of golf clubs from ebay and the seller sent me a DHL tracking number. Two days later the clubs arrived by Parcelforce and not DHL, strange but maybe a mix up somewhere. However, DHL have continued to send updates for the original tracking number even though the clubs had already been delivered by Parcelforce.

Today a delivery from DHL arrived with the original tracking number for the golf clubs but the package looks to contain children's clothing which I haven't ordered. The sender's address is on the package and isn't the golf club seller or anyone I have bought from.

Any ideas? Thanks

That is weird. There have been a lot of complaints about DHL recently. It could be they just put the wrong label on a collection item.

If the seller's ID isn't on the retrn label you could try searching for the clothes using advanced search > sold items and see ifyou can find their listings to contact them from.
