Bought item then toldi old on vinte

Hi, I bought a item then was told don't pay as she had sold on vinted, I did pay as I would have got into trouble but she doesn't want to cancel item.so if it sold on vinted I won't get.whats next step?

Don't mention anything about refunds, that's against the rules, something like .... ' very disappointed the seller did not complete this transaction, and I didn't receive my item', will suffice.

If she doesn't cancel/refund you will have to wait until the estimated delivery date on the listing has passed then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:
