Hello,I recently bought an electrical item. The item was delivered quickly and looked perfect when it arrived. I then foolishly left positive feedback.When I finally got round to testing the item, it was defective. The seller does not accept returns. It has been just over a week since I bought the item.Does anybody know if I have grounds to raise a case with Ebay for a return?many thanks
