Bought an item as a guest, it's now listed and I didn't get an email from ebay
I tried to report the item today but got the error
'Report submission failed'
so I've upload a screenshot of it here
I don't have an order number, so I don't know how to contact ebay
I went to the URL of the purchase from my browser history today and saw 'We can't tell if these are your items. Please check out again'
The transaction did happen 😕

I don't understand why you tried to submit a report stating it was a duplicate listing.
What is the issue with your purchase?
Have you not received it?

To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email we sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".

OP11 months agoI didn’t get an order number however the money left my account.
I can start a dispute via my bank in 5 days.
I wasn’t shown an error on Saturday so I thought it was odd that the seller
had relisted the item I’d bought.
