Hi I've bought a brand new phone as advertised.It arrived today . Security tags on the box , opened both ends. Is this a new phone? It's second hand surely? The seller claims it's new but says " customs opened it , " but there is no customs paperwork or anything saying they opened it. When I contacted the seller he said " what do you want a partial refund" then he said he sent a new phone but was offering money back. I've been ripped off
