Booking a collection
I booked a collection by ParcelForce for an item I had sold. No confirmation from eBay or ParcelForce. No trace of the collection booking in eBay.
Of course, the postman didn't show up. Is this eBay's fault or ParcelForce's? Anybody else had to deal with this ?

Mentor1 week agoDid you book the collection direct on the Parcelforce website? IF its parcelforce, its not likely the postman will pick the item up.
Did you get a booking vonfirmation at the time of booking?
