Booked Courier Collections not being made
I am writing so bloody angry...I have waited in for 5 separate days for both Royal mail and DHL to pick up large items. Normally I would have posted these myself but I had deliveries coming to myself at the time of the sale completing. Today both DHL and Royal mail have not picked up...I am fuming.
Trying to report tis to EBay to escalate is impossible...I am going around and around chat bots, advice pages etc when I could more simply speak to someone.
ARGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH if I had hair I would be pulling it out.

Mentor10 months agoNo need to report this to eBay, you are not alone, an annoyance experienced by many, and eBay are aware of this issue.
This below, was announced a week or two ago by a Community manager on the Wednesday Weekly Chat here.....
' You can use your own courier if you wish. DHL are experiencing higher volumes than usual and are working on this to improve the service level. A refund request for the postage can then be made. '
