Bogus selling ?

I bought a door bell wrong colour came went to inform seller via link on email as is not registered on ebay as a purchase do not know why but link disapears when trying to contact seller is this normal or bogus

If you received the wrong item you don’t need to contact the seller. If. Item doesn’t match description just open an item not as described case.
