You need to start a return but can only return the item if it is unopened and unused.
If you have opened a return case and have waited 3 days for a label, you can go back to the case and ask Ebay to step in.
As this is a change of mind return, a private seller doesn't have to accept a return and you will have to pay for postage if you bought from a business seller.

you could use the qr code instead and take to your local post office.
