Anyone else being obstructed because:
1 E bay seem incapable of understanding that if you're prevented from accessing your account by newly introduced verification procedures, you CAN'T sign onto your account to seek help;
2 It's no use at all them sending a security code by text to a pure landline that doesn't take texts;
3 Not everyone has a smartphone;
4 The various phone numbers they provide are not recognised in the UK, and in any event the inclusion of the symbol "-" in the number is singularly unhelpful and confusing:
5 The provision of a useable pUK phone number / e-mail address might be helpful?
