Blank Royal Mail labels are being generated when trying to print from eBay.
Blank Royal Mail labels are being generated when trying to print from eBay. Never had an issue before. Is anyone else experiencing a problem today?

Hi , thanks for your post.
When you open the file, is the label blank? Or when you open the file, you can see all the label details there, but then when you print it out, it prints in blank? If you have the item number, I can take a further look for you no problem.
