buying off ebay for 25 years. 69 tears of age. now being asked to supply proof that I'm not a psycho buying bladed tools. asked to supply a credit card. dont have one. preventing me from bidding on good tools
any one round this?

Do you have a friend or family member who can buy on your behalf ?.
