Billed by Ebay for postage which was wrong and I did not use
I was billed for postage of a large item (chair) which I had to find a carrier for and paid myself (£55)
Ebay have charged me £5.88 POSTAGE and I dont know how to get this refunded.
ADVICE PLEASE!

Mentor3 weeks agoI've just had a look at your completed listing for the chair: Your buyer will have bought that postage label so will receive the refund for it within 30 days.

OP3 weeks agoThank you. They didn't buy the label and it has been charged to me. I used the order number to try and find it in the Ebay my selling section where (apparently) you can cancel postage but the search box did not recognise the order number!! Any thoughts??

Mentor3 weeks agoYou didn't have free postage (seller pays) on your listing, it was set to buyer pays.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you listed with simple delivery, and there was a postage charge on the listing, then the buyer is automatically charged the postage and will get the refund. You must be misunderstanding what you are seeing when you say it was charged to you.

OP3 weeks agoI have been an idiot. It must be the heat - I am roasting. Thff ed buyer paid. I was wrong wrong wrong wrong. Sorry for confusion!
