Bids are they not biding??

I'm truly tired of people putting bids on items then not paying for what they have bid on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well you need to use the system that eBay provides to stop them doing this to others, after 4 days cancel the sale with buyer did not pay, they get a strike on their account.

Its annoying I know but thats the way forward.

Edit: Then add them to your blocked list.

Sellers can set their preferences to block any member with two or more unpaid strikes?

If sellers do not give non payers unpaid strikes, then they are just letting time wasters continue to get away with not paying.
