Bidding restriction
Hi
I have had a bidding restriction put on my account.
It says another account I use has unpaid items.
Thing is, I only have one account and I always pay for items immediately.
I can use buy it now but can't bid on auctions.
Tried the help chat but it just keeps going round in circles.
How can I get to talk to someone?

Mentor1 month agoIt's very difficult to speak to ebay these days but you can try here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190
Type in "Speak to an agent" and keep trying.
If someone else in your household has an ebay account ebay may have made the connection and it's very hard to sort that out if the other person does not pay.
