Hi, I entered a maximum bid of £20 for an item I was bidding on. The winning bid ended up being £17 and free postage, but I was charged £20.10. This is more than my maximum bid. Why have I been charged this much?

Can you please screenshot the page where you are seeing the charge, and the item number?

But that should have been included in the maximum bid, not added to it.
