Bid from international buyer with 0 feedback - can I cancel their bid?

Extremely concerned about a bid on a camera I’m selling. I’m in the UK. They are in the US, have 0 feedback and only signed up to eBay recently. What should I do and how do I deal with it?

Yes, you can cancel their bid.
