Today I reported a non-delivery of my Gekko Folding Bicycle 12.5 Inch Wheels Silver Bike Boys Girls Bicycle.

You refunded my money, but I specifically stated that I wasn't interested in a refund, only in receiving the bike!
Please find this bike and deliver it to my address.
This isn't the first time I've encountered this situation. It seems to me that you all lack customer respect.
There are no culprits, and the goods I purchased are missing.
This is how thieves operate. Why don't they lose low-value goods, but rather high-value ones?
My luggage was once lost at the airport. It was found within 24 hours in Thailand. It was a simple employee error, and I received the luggage the next day with an apology and an additional financial shock for my frustration.
And with all of you, the most convenient way is to refund the money without any investigation.
I urge you once again that I'm not interested in a refund, only in the purchased bike.

No, we didn't. "We" are not eBay, we're just other users like yourself.
Like all of us, when you joined eBay you accepted the conditions of their money back guarantee.
The clue is in the wording. If an item is lost in transit, eBay guarantees your money back. Not to find and deliver lost items. Sorry, but that's the way it works.
