The above is a screenshot of an accepted offer. The prices are plain to see in £GBP. The offer was made in $US and whatever Ebay do regarding exchange rates isn't mentioned. So, in my mind, this is the legally binding figure that has been accepted and represents a good part of the contract. A contract that Ebay are fond of telling us is 'Legally binding'. That comes to a total of £30.04 which the seller has accepted. My question is, should Ebay be allowed to then cause an increase in my final payment to the seller at a higher cost which then disadvantages me in the contract? I would like to state clearly and plainly here that, 'This is in no way the responsibilty of the seller who has actively tried with me to resolve this issue'. I think the seller is as confused as I am as to why this is happening. There are other problems within the bid offer system that is stopping us from resolving this too. Offers automatically rejecting, even suggested ways of making new offers by the seller just get bounced. They even tried doing a new 10% discount code but that doesn't work.
