Being charged postage as a seller
Hi I'm a little confused I sold an item for £4.50. I always get the buyer to pay postage with simple delivery. So ive always just received the money for what the item has sold for but on this occasion I was paid £5.78 and says the buyer has paid 0.87p postage but I need to pay the postage which cost me £2.69. Im now out of pocket because my total earnings are £2.68 instead of the £4.50.
Also the postage said royal mail but when i scanned the barcode in the shop it come up as yodel.
I know this isn't a huge amount of money I'm just trying to understand why ive paid for postage.
Thanks Laura.

Mentor10 months agoIf it was the Barbie shoes, I doubt they will fit in large letter anyway.
Packed item must be no thicker than 25mm.
