Been sent the wrong item
I purchased a 13 amp plug in electric hob I’ve been getting a new kitchen fitted so I had it for a few weeks before I opened it when I did I realised they have sent me a 32amp it’s not what I ordered and all I can get is 15% back of what I paid when I don’t want it I want what I ordered and eBay as closed the case in there favour
I don’t no what to do about this can anyone help me please

Unfortunately, by leaving it so late to inspect the hob I imagine it's also beyond the time limit to exercise your statutory right to return it "for any reason" - even assuming that the seller is a UK business seller. You may still have other statutory consumer rights if you received the incorrect item; you could consult citizens advice, or there is plenty of advice on consumer protection online.
Realistically, having consumer rights doesn't count for much unless you can enforce them, which can often be difficult or pointless even to attempt against distant, uncooperative eBay sellers. Your best hope is that your payment provider may be able to help - especially if you paid by credit card and the item cost over £100.
I take it that your seller is resisting a return? This is odd, because a 32 amp hob is probably a more expensive item than the 13 amp unit you bought.
If all else fails, you may just have to resell it yourself - on eBay, perhaps?
