Been scammed
I brought something from eBay in India the item says delivered but they sent me a bolt when it should have been a car part expensive too. And now eBay are saying case is closed it says delivered and I’m not getting money back how can this happen this is a scam! Help??

You need to open an eBay return and select the 'Received wrong item' reason.

Mentor3 weeks ago · EditedYou may be lucky, because the situation where a buyer reports an item as not delivered, but it is later received, is about the only exception where eBay allows a second case to be opened after the first has been closed.
Whether they will check the timestamps to find that you had already received the item when you mistakenly opened the first case I don't know. Good luck anyway!
