Basket
Can only add certain items to basket ....branded items clothing shoes etc can't be added and not even letting me buy now ....have cleared cache ....uninstalled and reinstalled the app , also rebooted phone , so any ideas most welcome

Mentor1 week agoAre you running the most upto date app software? Does it do the same on a desktop? Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it

OP1 week agoYes tried all the obvious ....googled it since and it says when an item is listed with the £20 authentic choice....it can't be added to a multi basket ( some that don't have the fee attatched if wanted ,so just do buy now ....however when I was trying that it wouldn't do that either .....so the next thing I tried was to empty the basket all together ,just to see if it would let me purchase ....it would , but still wouldn't let me add to basket , tho basket was empty ...another forum from Ebay said its a glitch in their software ...no use to the consumer !@
