Barred from bidding
I have been barred from bidding because of several unpaid items.
I don't have any unpaid items, I've checked. Trying to contact Ebay is like going around in circles. What can I do?

Thanks all. It was indeed, a technical glitch. Many people were affected, but it's been resolved now.

Mentor3 months agoYou're the second person to mention this, so this may be a technical issue. I'd check this with eBay, they can tell you which specific transaction they're seeing as unpaid.
I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):

Mentor3 months agoWho says you have outstanding payments?
The only reason you could find yourself blocked from bidding is if you have at least two unpaid strikes in the last year, have you looked at your seller dashboard.
You would only be blocked by sellers who block members with unpsid strikes from bidding.

Mentor3 months agoWhat did you check? If this is a new thing you must have had at least 2 occasions in the last 12 months when a seller cancelled a sale for non payment.
