Barbie Dream Camper, Pink 7
Hi all, I’m after some assistance please, my partner bought a Barbie Dream Camper, Pink 7 on 16 November, ‘apparently’ it was dispatched by on 18 November.
The seller did not provide a tracking number and of course it hasn’t arrived.
My partners been in contact with the seller who says they have dispatched a replacement 😳 but again no tracking number.
I have been unable to fine the seller, I’ve have advised my partner to go through the eBay claims process.
I would appreciate thoughts / advice / assistance please.
I believe this is to be a typical scammer, but how do they keep their money 🤬

Ignore seller saying wait or you may too late to claim.
