Banks eBay ref only (shows not purchase anywhere)

Question

I have purchased an item, the funds have gone out of my bank account, The only trace I have of it, is the bank reference No. 12-14934-77417 everything else is missing from my account, which leads me to believe that I could have purchased it as a guest. I have no way of contacting the vendor or eBay regarding this, any help please.

I was checking for you, and the order you're referring exists, but it wasn't placed from this account you are asking from, that's why you cannot see the order details in this account.

You will need to find the account you ordered it from to see the transaction details, or double check in case you ordered as guest (without an account). Due to privacy and security reasons, we cannot track this order to see where it was placed from.

If bought as a guest, suggest you read the email which ebay would have sent you. Bear in mind that if bought as a guest seller will not know you as grass305, so contact through link on email.
