BANK STATEMENT

I have submitted my Bank statement first page and after 6 hours they declined and told me to submit again as the details are different.. What is going on!! This is the 2nd time they have held my funds the only reason I make sales privately is when I am behind on bills and everytime ebay holds my Payments

OP2 weeks agoThank You.. the Middle name is optional on the account owner I have just checked is this still going to be an issue!

Mentor2 weeks agoJust go to your personal details in your eBay account and add the middle name to your registered eBay name so that it matches the one on your bank account. That's the easiest fix to your problem.

Mentor2 weeks agoThe name on your bank account must exactly match the name that your eBay account is registered in.
For example, if your eBay account is registered under the name John Smith but your bank account is in the name of John J Smith or John Jerome Smith then it'll be rejected.
