Bank details

Question

Ebay requested bank details so i get paid in future. They then set up a direct debit to them which i didnt know. I went to delete my bank details and they said no without another account.

Any way to solve this without deleting my account... If not how do i delete my account

You sold a mountain bike a few weeks ago has that payment cleared , have you withdrawn it into your bank account ?

If not, you will have to add your bank details as explained to receive that payout.

You can then start to close your account if you wish, but because of a recent sale, it will not close immediately, and has to stay open in case a refund is requested.

If you wish to sell on ebay, then you need to have a means of being paid, and also paying any fees or refunds.

You have to close your account, use drop down menu. DEPENDING ON WHAT ACTIVITY YOU HAVE ON THE ACCOUNT IT MAY NOT CLOSE IMMEDIATELY.
