I had to pay extra delivery on an item (the seller put the wrong postage on it) I asked if they would refund the additional they said they would but said they couldn't do it through PayPal as they don't have it and would need my bank details to do it. I asked if there was a way to do it through eBay because I wasn't comfortable with that and they've just stopped replying.

Is there a way to sort the refund through eBay or contact them about it? None of the options seem to fit in the help contact page

This is not an Ebay issue - it is up to the seller to refund you the amount you paid.

It is easy enough for the seller to do a refund to you.

Copy and paste these instructions:

Issuing a refund

You can issue full or partial refunds for items in Seller Hub or My eBay up to 90 days after the original transaction. Here's how:

Find the order in Seller Hub - opens in new window or tab or My eBay Orders - opens in new window or tab.
From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
Choose a reason for the refund.
Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
Enter the refund amount, and select Send refund.

Seller can make a partial refund.
