Balance withdraw
I have funds to withdraw but when I click on the “blue button” to action nothing happens, I just get a blank screen.
I use my phone (which is an old iPhone SE) and wondered if that was the reason for it not working.
This option worked for me until the New Year, wondering if something had changed? Can anyone help?

Mentor4 months agoThe app has stopped working properly on some old phones and it can be glitchy anyway. If possible try again on a desktop device. If you don't have one you can use the computer facilities in your local libary.
