Balance
Hi, im new to selling on here since it all changed, but i sold a pair of shoes on here, had the funds released and the balance was at the amount i sold for. Iv gone to withdraw the money today and the balance isnt there. It has not been withdrawn from anyone else or into a different account. The assist chat is useless. Can anyone helps please?

Mentor10 months agoIf you are a totally new seller, or you have returned to selling so seen as a ' new seller' so your initial payouts will be held for a while longer, maybe up to 31 days before release.
eBay have to be sure the genuine owner has returned to the account to sell and that it hasn't been hijacked, so need to see that the item has been delivered safely.
Once it is showing as 'Available' in your Payment Summary, then you'll be able to withdraw the money.
