Bag purchase
Summary: marcubenso-8 shared an issue with a purchased bag that was marked as posted, but the seller cancelled the order due to issues with their eBay account. **peaseblossom** suggested waiting until the delivery date has passed to report it as 'not received,' even though there's a tracking number. *vyolla* recommended reporting the seller for improper messaging that directs buyers outside of eBay. john1297576 advised skepticism about the seller's claims and stressed opening a 'not received' case after the delivery date passes.
Can anyone help, I have purchased a bag and paid over 6K had good communication from the seller that it was going to be posted to me - I have today had a message saying the following:
I sincerely apologise, but after discussions with my manager and our team, and after allowing the 48-hour period I previously mentioned, we unfortunately have to cancel this order due to an unresolved restriction on my current eBay seller account. Because of this, we will be moving our business to a new eBay account. Our primary business is through ISR.Kicks, where we have built a trusted reputation, supplied many satisfied clients, and worked with high-profile customers. We specialise in authentic luxury designer items and are always happy to source pieces from brands including Hermès, Richard Mille, and many more. I will send you our Instagram account so you can contact us directly if you’re still interested. The order has been cancelled from my end, and I have contacted eBay regarding your refund. If the refund does not appear promptly, please contact eBay Customer Support, who will be able to assist you further.Once again, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. I hope we have the opportunity to assist you through ISR.Kicks in the future.Kind regards,The winners Club ltd.
When I check the item its show now as posted and not sure what to do next to get my refund?

Mentor1 month agoIf this seller who seems to spout a lot of rubbish, has really cancelled, then they do not have to contact ebay about a refund, cancellation automatically deals with this.
i think they just want to get you out of time, so open a not received case as soon as past the delivery date.

Mentor1 month agoReport that message straight away, sellers aren't allowed to misuse communications by directing you outside of eBay to their own website and Instagram.
If you go to the eBay message, top right there are 3 horizontal dots. Click on those and you'll get the Help & Report option, use that to report them. If you have any problems doing that pop back here.
What's the latest estimated delivery date showing on that order?

Mentor1 month agoMarked as posted can just mean the postage label has been printed. When the last estimated delivery date has passed click on the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchase history page and use the link there to report not received. Escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.

OP1 month agoIt won’t let me do anything as the item is showing as posted with a tracking number

Mentor1 month agoThat's why you have to wait until the estimated delivery date has passed. You won't be able to do anything before then.
