Automated reply from ebay and not buyer

Can someone please tell me what this message means, particularly where it says a buyer has "reached out about their order". This message was in response to telling the buyer that I may post the item a day late. It is still currently at time of writing within the 3 or so days of "post by" limit.

Mentor5 months agoThis is one of the most baffling messages you will receive, and it happens when either you or the buyer send a message.
It is a very bad way of just saying the buyer has sent you a message.
Ignore it, no action needs to be taken.
