Automated parcel size is too small for the size of the item
Hi, the automated parcel size for the Ebay simple delivery is too small for the size of the item, despite the Ebay AI assistant, correctly identifying the type of bike rack from the brand. The bike roof bards have sold and automated Evri ticket produced, which the collection point won't accept as the parcel is too long and wouldn't meet the 245cm total either. Do I need to cancel the listing or is there a different solution?

Mentor11 months agoYou need to cancel the label, and find your own Courier, which will probably be a lot more expensive than ebay’s incorrect guess.
It would be far better if ebay allowed sellers to work out their own method of postage, or opt into Simple Delivery, instead of forcing the use of a system which is not up to the job.
