Automated Chat not Working
I desperately need to contact Ebay and my automated chat function is frozen (all greyed out). I can see the details of my previous chat but it is all greyed out and no option to click anywhere or restart etc.
I have a very good buyer missing a delivery and there is currently no way I can help the matter. EBay are supposed to deal with delivery issues... is there any other way I can contact them please?

Mentor7 months agoI think there's a problem with getting hold of eBay CS at the moment. However, if you're a private seller just listing your own personal bits and pieces then the postage label should've been an eBay Simple Delivery one.
If this is the case then your buyer should just open an eBay item not received claim, and eBay will deal with it.
