Auto feedback from Ebay

I have not sold for a long time & now only the odd item as I disliked many changes, the so called buyers premium on charity items & postage changes mainly.
I have just sold a collect only item & went to provide feedback as he was a super buyer. Only to find that some sort of auto entry has been posted by Ebay. These are MY transactions, I want to make my own comments. I can understand a quick auto OK after a couple of weeks if buyer has given positive & seller seems to not care, but this has happened overnight. Also the new layout is such I can't even find a "give feedback" button on the sales info (on other sales where I have not received feedback) any more.

Mentor2 weeks agoAutomated f/b isn't supposed to happen until seven days after tracked delivery if there are no claims. You can override it via your feedback left for others page.

OP2 weeks agoThank you. It appears that all I can do is use the "follow up " option which adds to, rather than replaces the Auto F/B. And although there is an info link to auto F/B on the received page there is no info on the "given" page. So I have no idea whether there are settings anywhere that states somehow it is on instant auto. I think eBay should have some sort of award, they seem unique in being able to make every single change a retrograde step for users.

OP2 weeks agoP.S. Decided to go into preferences, which I have not touched for well over a year so any updates have been done by eBay. Lo, there is an option for auto feedback if buyer has given positive. Now unticked so I can control it.
