Hi I’ve sold a ring that needs to be checked first & then it gets sent to the buyer but looking at the label it looks like it’s going straight to buyer - what do I need to do?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf it's the Emerald Diamond Cluster Ring then that definitely has the Authenticity Guarantee showing on it.
Have you Googled the address along with 'ebay authenticity' to see if it comes up?
